T24 Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize and maintain solutions on the Temenos T24/Transact banking platform.
• Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into T24 technical solutions.
• Develop and enhance T24 core banking modules, enquiries, versions, routines and reports .
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, defect fixing and technical support.
• Develop and maintain T24 interfaces and integrations with internal and external banking systems.
• Support COB, batch processing and production implementation activities.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Testing teams and other technology teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Follow coding, documentation, security and software development standards.
• Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Temenos T24/Transact development .
• Good knowledge of T24 core banking modules and architecture .
• Experience with T24 jBASE/TAFJ , routines, enquiries, versions and development tools.
• Experience in T24 interfaces, APIs and system integration .
• Good understanding of COB and batch processing .
• Experience with Java and/or relevant T24 development technologies.
• Knowledge of SQL/database concepts and Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience in banking or financial services projects is preferred.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD and automated testing is an advantage.
