Job Description

We are looking for fluent Turkish-speaking Content Moderators to join our growing operations team.

As a Content Moderator, you will help maintain safe and positive online communities by reviewing digital content, enforcing platform guidelines, and ensuring compliance with client policies.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong Turkish language skills who are interested in working in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review user-generated content across social media platforms, forums, websites, and digital channels.
• Identify inappropriate, harmful, offensive, or prohibited content.
• Apply moderation policies and community guidelines accurately and consistently.
• Remove content that violates established platform rules.
• Identify and escalate sensitive or complex cases when necessary.
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging online environment.
• Meet established quality, accuracy, and productivity targets.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all operational procedures.

Work Conditions:

Working Days: 5 days per week.

Daily Schedule: Rotational shifts 9 hours, including a 1-hour of breaks.

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Work Location: Remotely

• Professional proficiency in Turkish is mandatory.
• Good English communication skills for daily workplace interactions.

• Previous Content Moderation experience is an advantage, but motivated beginners are welcome.
