Job Description

OWORKERS is expanding its international operations and looking for fluent Spanish-speaking Content Moderators to join our growing team.

As a Content Moderator, you will play an important role in maintaining safe and positive digital communities by monitoring online content, identifying policy violations, and ensuring compliance with established moderation guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review user-generated content across social media platforms, forums, websites, and digital channels.
• Identify inappropriate, offensive, harmful, or prohibited content.
• Review content and take appropriate action according to established community guidelines.
• Remove content that violates platform policies.
• Identify and escalate sensitive or complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive online environment.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency when applying moderation policies.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and performance targets.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow operational procedures.

Work Conditions

• Employment Type: Full-Time.
• Working Days: 5 days per week.
• Daily Schedule: 9 hours, including a 1-hour unpaid break.
• Setup: Remotly

• Professional proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.
• Good English communication skills for daily workplace interactions.

• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and policies.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online platforms.

• Previous Content Moderation experience is an advantage, but motivated beginners are welcome.
