Your tasks

The Chat and Email - Financial Advisor will

• Support clients by Accessing and reviewing information
• Communicating with customers
• Recording internal notes
• Categorising and escalating cases
• Following up on customer issues

Also, The Advisor is expected to stay informed about market trends, regulations, and best practices to optimize client outcomes and maintain strong long-term relationships.

Requirements

• University graduates (Bachelor's degree required)
• Fluent English speakers – MUST
• Hands-on experience in LIVE CHAT customer support
• Experience handling customer complaints and escalations
• Financial/Banking/Economics background – a GREAT advantage!
• Experience with INTERCOM CRM – a HUGE advantage!
