Requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in HR role, familiar with full-cycle recruitment.
• Good knowledge of Ghanaian labor regulations and employment practices.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for data management and report preparation.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patient, good at communication and conflict coordination.
• Organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Experience in retail / finance / mobile device installment business is a plus.
• Salary is negotiable for those who speak Chinese.
