Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer

Job Description We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer with 7–12 years of relevant experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and coordinating mechanical design and shop drawings and supporting technical office activities. Experience with Saudi Arabia projects is preferred. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and review mechanical design, IFC, and shop drawings.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, constructability, and technical compliance of mechanical drawings and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi and international codes and standards, including SBC, ASHRAE, ASME, and NFPA.
• Coordinate mechanical systems with architectural, structural, electrical, and other disciplines.
• Prepare and review quantity take-offs and BOQs.
• Review material submittals and technical data and propose suitable technical alternatives when required.
• Identify and resolve technical and interdisciplinary coordination issues.
• Ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7–12 years of relevant technical office experience; experience with Saudi projects is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, HAP, Elite; experience with Revit and Navisworks is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of applicable Saudi and international mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire-protection codes and standards.
• Strong technical coordination, problem-solving, and drawing-review skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned technical office activities.
• Full-time, on-site position.
