We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Team Leader for a high-precision manufacturing business in Poole.
You will lead the QC team, oversee inspection and testing activities and play a key role in developing the team, driving continuous improvement and supporting new products and processes.

Quality Control Team Leader Job Description
- Lead and manage the QC team, including daily workload planning, setting targets and monitoring performance
- Oversee quality inspection and testing, supporting inspection activities and measurement techniques
- Develop team performance, ensuring effective induction, training, competency, probation reviews, and ongoing development.
- Drive quality and process improvement by implementing improvement initiatives and supporting NPI.
Quality Control Team Leader Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Previous experience working within a highly regulated industry in a quality control position.
- Strong technical competence and decision-making capability
- Supervisory/Team Leadership experience is highly desirable
