We are seeking a HSE Manager for a well-established manufacturing business in Yorkshire. The role is responsible for leading HSE compliance, maintaining ISO accreditation and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Description
- Lead audits and maintain ISO accreditations, ensuring compliance with legislation and site standards
- Act as the site’s HSE expert, manage regulatory changes, oversee risk assessments, and lead incident investigations and HSE meetings
- Minimise the site’s environmental impact by playing a leading role in energy saving and waste management
- Deliver HSE training across all levels within the business
- Support continuous improvement activities and drive a positive health and safety culture.
