Job Description

Within our Maritime Department, you are in charge of organizing maritime transport on behalf of our clients, from the collection of goods until delivery to the destination point.

In this capacity, your missions will be as follows:

Contacting clients. Monitoring orders with agents and clients Support, negotiation, and booking with shipping lines Management of complete transport files (from booking to invoicing, including sending the necessary documents for the shipment of goods). Issuing customs instructions to the integrated declaration service (DELTA system) Invoicing files while taking into account quotations and commercial files

Profile Sought

Holding a higher education degree in Transport, you have proven experience in organizing maritime transport.

You master office software, and knowledge of SONE and Ci5 software would be a plus.

Dynamic and committed, you demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and organization. You enjoy teamwork.

A good level of written English is imperative.
