Tourism Production Assistant (M/F)

We are looking for a production assistant to join our team,

The missions that will be entrusted to you:

Within our Production department, you will assist product managers in their daily missions of managing and animating their destinations. More specifically, you will be in charge of:

Production:

• Entering hotel contracts into the internal software;
• Writing sales materials;
• Uploading descriptions, prices, and stocks online;
• Setting up, monitoring, and updating promotional offers;
• Quality control of the setup performed and the editorial content;
• Pricing in collaboration with the product manager;

Distribution:

• Managing the sales animation schedule in collaboration with the product manager
• Primary contact for various sales partners.

Other types of tasks:

• Setting up stop sales sent by partners
• Regular benchmarks on market novelties and competitive analysis of offers
• Assisting sales teams on production

You will be the primary contact for various sales partners and will be in charge of performing regular benchmarks on market novelties and competitive analysis of offers

You may also be required to help sales teams on production.

The ideal profile

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) from a tourism school or similar.
• Knowledge of the tourism industry, ideally experience in a production department of a tour operator
• You are curious, adaptable, and proactive;
• You demonstrate rigor and autonomy in your missions;
• Mastery of professional English;
• You have an analytical mind and good communication skills;
• You enjoy working in a team;
• You master office tools (Excel, Word)
• Persuasive writing skills, with a marketing / commercial vocation.
• Writing rigor and heightened attention to detail
