The Oversum is a 4-star Superior hotel opened in May 2012 with a central location, surrounded by the Winterberger Kurpark and yet only a few steps away from the city center and extensive nature. The hotel features 76 exclusively furnished rooms and suites and a wellness & bathing landscape of approx. 3,000 m².

The F & B area includes a restaurant with approx. 120 seats, a wellness bistro, a 24-hour hotel bar with a sun terrace, as well as a congress center with an area of 800 m² and a capacity of up to 600 people.

To strengthen our Front Office team, we are looking for the earliest possible date or by arrangement for a: Reservation & Reception Agent (m/f/d) full-time

• Completed training in the hotel industry or comparable experience at a hotel reception, or you are a curious career changer
• initial professional experience
• good English skills in speaking and writing, any additional language is an advantage
• ability to work in a team
• elegant and well-groomed appearance
• preferably knowledge in handling Protel
• a high awareness of quality and safety
• an independent and structured way of working and enjoy taking on responsibility

You do not shy away from the telephone and develop into a sales talent on the phone

You answer emails in the shortest possible time

The orderly management of the reception cash desk is no problem for you
