• Definition of target customers
• Support of assigned customers with a plan for business expansion or customer retention
• Preparation, organization, and follow-up of customer visits
• Close cooperation with the in-house Customer Service team
• Acquisition of new business
• Competitive and market monitoring
• Creation of offers and their follow-up

Your profile

• Completed training in freight forwarding or a completed degree
• At least five years of professional experience
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Teamwork skills, communication skills, and customer orientation
• Professional appearance
• High level of commitment
• Open-minded and friendly personality
• Flexibility and high level of commitment
• Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, and solution-oriented thinking and acting
• MS Office applications
