SMM Specialist
OVEM Sales & Consulting is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven SMM Specialist to join our team.
We are seeking a professional who understands how to build a strong social media presence, create engaging content, and turn creative ideas into measurable results. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to strengthen OVEM's brand identity and digital presence.
Social Media Strategy & Management
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with OVEM's brand identity and business objectives.
Manage and grow OVEM's social media accounts, ensuring a consistent and professional online presence.
Develop and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars, ensuring timely publication across relevant platforms.
Research target audiences, competitors, industry trends, and emerging opportunities to improve social media performance.
Content Creation & Brand Development
Create engaging, original, and high-quality content, including posts, stories, reels, short-form videos, and promotional campaigns.
Write compelling captions and marketing copy tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
Produce and edit visually appealing videos, incorporating current trends and creative storytelling techniques.
Design or coordinate visual content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and relevant video editing software.
Ensure all published content reflects OVEM's brand identity, tone of voice, and visual guidelines.
Generate fresh, creative concepts to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and organic reach.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Monitor and analyze social media performance, including engagement, reach, audience growth, and conversions.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations based on analytics.
Continuously optimize content strategies using performance insights and platform trends.
Stay informed about social media algorithm updates, digital marketing innovations, and industry best practices.
Campaigns & Collaboration
Plan, coordinate, and execute social media campaigns, promotions, company events, and service launches.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate with external partners, influencers, content creators, and media representatives when necessary.
Manage multiple content initiatives while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
Perform other job-related responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor, in accordance with applicable labor legislation.
Proven experience as an SMM Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role, supported by a portfolio of completed projects, campaigns, or successful social media accounts.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, including their algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent creative thinking skills and the ability to develop original, engaging, and brand-relevant content.
Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
Experience with graphic design and content creation tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with attention to detail and brand communication.
Understanding of digital marketing principles, audience targeting, content strategy, and social media analytics.
Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into effective content improvements.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
