OUTREMER ACADEMY supports you and offers its degree-granting training in the fields of hospitality, tourism, management, and commerce. These training programs (or RNCP titles) developed within the framework of work-study contracts are delivered by the Ministère du Travail and recognized by the State.

The position:

Intervention as an independent ENGLISH trainer within a CFA.

Conducting training sessions to support our apprentices in obtaining their professional title (RNCP). Main missions: develop pedagogical materials, lead in-person and remote sessions, implement evaluations and pedagogical assessments, ensure quality monitoring of training actions, and adapt content. Status: independent.

Terms: occasional interventions or in cycles, flexibility of durations and formats according to needs.

Compliance with professional standards and regulatory obligations applicable to training actions.

Profile sought:

The independent trainer specialized in ENGLISH (M/F/X) has 5 to 10 years of experience in professional training.

Mastery of pedagogical engineering, design of systems, and in-person and digital facilitation; knowledge of the sector and its regulations; skills in evaluation, monitoring of learning outcomes, and continuous improvement.

Comfortable with digital tools, autonomous, rigorous, and organized.

Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical sense, and adaptability.
