OUTREMER ACADEMY accompanies you and offers its degree-granting training in the fields of hospitality, tourism, management, and commerce. These training programs (or RNCP titles) developed within the framework of apprenticeship contracts are delivered by the Ministère du Travail and recognized by the State.

The position:

Integration into an apprenticeship contract for parallel admission into the 3rd year of the Bachelor Luxe at the prestigious Ecole Internationale TUNON Missions: ensuring high-end service provisions, operational coordination of teams, management of client spaces, contribution to the customer experience, and compliance with quality standards. Apprenticeship alternating between theoretical teaching and practical application in a luxury establishment, with professional supervision and participation in reception, catering, and event service processes.

Profile sought:

Holder of a Bac+2, you have a first experience in hospitality or customer service. Sense of service, excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, and adaptability. Mastery of digital tools and notions of operational management (reservations, reception, complaint management). Professional English and excellent presentation indispensable. Team spirit, autonomy, and good organizational skills. Availability for an apprenticeship contract.
