Operations Manager

We are looking for a high-level Operations Manager!

We are seeking a strategic leader to join a Mexican company in the health and wellness sector (vitamins and dietary supplements) that is in an accelerated growth phase.

In this position, you will act as the right hand to the General Management / CEO and will have a level of autonomy and impact similar to that of a Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading Operational Planning, Logistics and Supply Chain, Commercial Strategy, and Finance and Administration in a comprehensive manner.
• Developing the annual operational planning (S&OP) and defining the medium-term commercial strategy together with the General Management.
• Supervising budgets, cash flows, and controlling business profitability and margins.
• Designing and implementing the structure, processes, and controls necessary for the company to scale in an orderly manner and become institutionalized.

What are we looking for in you?

• 8 to 12 years of professional experience, with at least 4 to 5 years in operational management or direction, assuming simultaneous responsibility over finance, commercial, and logistics.
• Verifiable experience leading the integral operation of an SME or a business unit in accelerated growth.
• Bachelor's degree in related areas (having an MBA or postgraduate degree in Business Management, Finance, or Operations is desirable).
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written (indispensable requirement).
• Preferably with experience in mass consumption, health, beauty, pharmaceuticals, or dietary supplements.
• Strategic vision combined with a high capacity for operational execution (hands-on).

What do we offer?

• Attractive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 MXN gross monthly, depending on experience.
• Full-time modality, in on-site or hybrid format according to the needs of the operation.
