Marketing Coordinator (M/F)

Contract type: CDI - Full-time (35h) Work location: Sallanches (74) - regular travel in the Chamonix valley and in the field Driver's license: B required Language: Fluent English required (international brand) Remuneration: based on profile and experience

The Company

Outer Range Brewing Co. is a craft brewery with its own unique universe, rooted in outdoor culture and the mountain and "après-ski" spirit. Our alpine branch, ORB Alps, is developing its presence in the Chamonix valley and beyond. We are looking for someone creative and organized to carry the brand image wherever it appears.

The Position

You are the guardian of the visual identity and the brand voice in the field. You transform event ideas into polished and consistent materials, published on time, and you lend a hand with event organization when needed. The position works in close connection with the Events and Hospitality Manager, and under the guidance of the marketing department, which defines the strategy and briefs. Please note: at least one bar shift per week is planned, especially at the beginning of the contract, to get to know the product and the customer experience well.

Your Missions

Graphic creation: posters, social media visuals, menus, signage, and promo materials, based on briefs from the marketing department and in compliance with the brand guidelines (logos, typo, colors, photo). Social media and content: implementation of the social strategy (Instagram as priority, then Facebook, Untappd, paid media), regular publication (at least 2 posts + 1 story per week), community management (comments, messages), and monitoring results (reach, engagement, audience growth). Photographer direction: briefing, planning, and framing of shoots, then quick editing of photos and videos into content. Event support: preparation of promo kits for each flagship event and each monthly activation, presence on the day (capturing content, signage, live social), and recap after the event. Activations and partnerships: promotion of monthly taproom events, support for local key accounts and tap takeovers, development of partnerships with outdoor and lifestyle brands that reflect our values, and participation in festivals and major events in France and Europe.

The Profile We Are Looking For

You have an eye for detail: your visuals are clean, professional, and consistent from one medium to another, with a good sense of typo, layout, and color. You know how to adapt to the brand image and its artistic direction, and work within that framework. You know how to tell a brand story, not just post photos of beer, and create a real connection with the community. Reliability is very important: you meet your deadlines; nothing is released late or outside of the brand guidelines. You work hand in hand with the taproom, marketing, and sales teams, you ask the right questions at the right time, and you are comfortable lending a hand in the field. You look at the numbers (reach, engagement, attendance) and use them.

Expected Skills

Mastery of graphic creation tools and social media management, ability to adopt the brand image and its artistic direction, ease of writing, sense of organization and autonomy, team spirit, and availability during event periods (evenings and weekends possible depending on the schedule).

Conditions

Full-time CDI, based in Sallanches, with travel in the Chamonix valley and in the field. Driver's license B required. Fluent English required. Remuneration based on profile and experience.
