Job Description & Requirements: We're looking for a fun, friendly & motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador (Part-time) - a key figure in the overall online customer service experience. You should be someone who understands the brand and embodies our values. Prior experience in customer-facing role recommended, not required - but affinity with the brand and passion for service is necessary. Per hourly rate will commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Handling daily customer queries with prompt and appropriate solutions and escalating concerns to relevant departments Inspecting return items and processing store credits Troubleshooting customer concerns with a solution-driven mindset, and developing innovative, relevant solutions Ensuring excellent customer experience online and offline Conducting quality checks on defective items Assisting in stock inbounding and tagging Supporting the team with any assigned ad-hoc duties Skills & Requirements Customer oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to various audiences Honest, hardworking, responsible, proactive and a strong team player Able to commit at least 3 days a week Positive energy and approachable with a willingness to learn Great understanding of the brand aesthetics and values Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively Love for Our Second Nature is an added bonus!
