HR Specialist

As an HR Specialist, you will act as an expert in personnel work and support the business operations, supervisors, and employees of the Ouneva Group corporate group. The role focuses on employment matters, the application of collective agreements, the interpretation of labor legislation, and models for developing personnel competence. You will also work extensively with other areas of personnel work together with the team. You will get to participate in both daily HR work and the development of personnel processes.

You have experience in HR specialist roles and strong knowledge of labor law, employment legislation, and collective agreements. We hope you have experience in developing personnel competence and practices of competence management. We value a genuine interest in supporting learning and personnel development.

You thrive in supporting supervisors in personnel matters and find practical solutions. You work proactively, solution-oriented, and cooperatively. Success in the role also requires fluent English language skills.

More information about the position:

The position is permanent and full-time. Your workplace will be located in Joensuu or Lehmo, and you will travel to other Ouneva Group locations as needed. We will agree on the start of work flexibly with the selected person.
