Product Manager-Quality Coordinator (M/F)

Laïta, a major dairy player in the Grand Ouest, values the milk of more than 3,000 producers and develops recognized brands (Paysan Breton, Mamie Nova, Régilait...). Within Laïta, Celtilait designs high-tech nutritional solutions for young mammals (calves, kids, lambs, piglets), distributed in more than 30 countries.

After an initial integration phase that will allow you to better get to know your team and its organization, you will be trained and supported to develop your skills and take charge of your missions.

Your missions

Product and formulation Manager:

• Lead the development and optimization of complete and complementary feed ranges in line with market and customer expectations in collaboration with the sales team.
• Analyze product performance, market trends, and competition in order to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Participate in the design of new food solutions, from formulation to market launch.
• Design and promote arguments as well as technical and commercial materials intended for sales teams and customers.
• Create or optimize feed formulas by taking customer demands into consideration and working in connection with the production, purchasing, and sales departments.
• Provide technical support to sales teams and occasionally lead training sessions on topics related to nutrition and the species concerned.

Quality Coordinator:

• Coordinate the processing of product complaints in connection with the various departments concerned.
• Lead and manage quality certification. Holding a Master's degree (Bac+5) in agronomy or agriculture, ideally with a specialization in animal production, you have a first experience in animal nutrition or formulation. Interested in the challenges of livestock and agriculture, you demonstrate rigor, analytical skills, dynamism, and good interpersonal skills. Comfortable in project management, you master Pack Office tools, especially Excel, as well as English. Knowledge of the Allix software would be a plus.

Additional information:

Position based in Ploudaniel. Permanent contract (CDI) to be filled as soon as possible.

Day shifts

Remuneration over 13 months + holiday bonus + RTT
