Professional Services Consultant
A Municipality, a Region, or a public organization decides to change the way it operates. To replace time-consuming, manual processes with modern information systems, so that its people can work more effectively and offer better services to citizens. For the successful operation of the new system, Professional Services Consultants play a leading role. If you like collaborating with people, understanding how organizations function, and finding the right solution for their needs, then this role is for you. We are looking for new colleagues for our teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. The positions are for full-time employment, with hybrid work from the company's offices.
Your role As a Professional Services Consultant, you will participate in all stages of a project, from the moment an entity selects an application from OTS until the moment it begins to use it in its daily operation. Through your work, you will contribute to the simplification of the operation of the Greek Public Sector, from the proposal and presentation of a solution to its practical adaptation. Initially, you will get to know the way the entity works, you will discuss with its people, and you will understand their needs and processes. Based on these, you will parameterize the application, ensure that it meets the users' requirements, and work closely with Support Agents and Software Developers for further adjustments or new implementations. Subsequently, you will train the users, support them in their first steps, and ensure that the transition to the new system is carried out smoothly. Throughout this journey, you will be by their side, helping them become familiar with the application, integrate it smoothly into their work, and effectively utilize its capabilities. Do you have the following? University degree in one of the following subjects: -Economics -Administration -Informatics -Natural Sciences Good use of the English language (both written and spoken) Very good knowledge of MS Office Ability to travel frequently throughout Greece Fulfilled military obligations (for men) Then you must apply for this position!
