Within our Laboratory-Control department, you will notably be responsible for:
- Sampling and preparing samples (raw materials and finished products)
- Performing different types of tests on finished products and products in production (weight, thickness, tear, rupture, traction, wrinkling, fire, adhesion, gloss) according to control plans, procedures, and associated MOP.
- Analyzing results according to product standards and requirements; entering them into the ERP; assigning a quality level according to the results; alerting in case of non-conformity
- Monitoring statistics and recurrences in test results (derogation, improvement proposals, etc.)
- Maintaining a watch on the various standards applied to our products
- Managing approvals carried out via outsourcing (laboratory research, sending and receiving samples, entering and monitoring results)
- Issuing product certificates of conformity
- Monitoring periodic verifications of control devices (organizing controls and recording results)
- Participating in laboratory life (management of consumables (tape, mastic, PVC plate), cleaning and tidying, archiving of samples and control plans)
Profile sought A graduate with a Bac + 2 in analysis and control, chemistry, or equivalent, you have at least 2 years of experience, ideally in the textile or chemical sector. You are proactive in your practice and know how to engage in reflection beyond the tests you perform. You enjoy working in a team and being in contact with the various departments of the company while being autonomous in the performance of your missions. Your rigor and organization are well-established; you are comfortable using IT and mathematical tools (Office suite; statistics) as well as reading documents in English.
What we offer Contract: Full-time CDI, technician status Hours: 2*8h (5:30-13:30 or 13:30-21:30 from Mon to Thu; 5:30-11:30 or 11:30-17:30 on Fri); 1 fixed RTT every 3 weeks + 6 free RTT per year Remuneration: between 2600 and 2800€ gross monthly over 13 months; profit sharing/participation; holiday bonus; progressive seniority bonus; meal allowance and team bonus; mutual insurance (50%) and contingency (100%); PERO
