Customer Service + Cross Selling | Bilingual Call Center

WE OFFER

• Salary: $2,850,000 COP
• Biweekly payments
• Uncapped commissions, with weekly payments
• Indefinite contract
• 42-hour weekly work schedule

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

You will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience through a Call Center, identifying commercial opportunities and performing mandatory Cross Selling.

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• B2+ / C1 English level
• Technical high school graduate, technologist, or professional
• No experience required

Important: Approved candidates must mandatory possess a valid physical identification document, such as a cédula de ciudadanía, driver's license, or passport.

SCHEDULES

Training: 1 week Monday to Friday from 8:00 a. m. to 5:30 p. m.

Nesting: 1 week According to the operating schedule.

Operation: Monday to Sunday, between 6:00 a. m. and 1:00 a. m., according to the schedule.

Night surcharges: apply starting from 7:00 p. m.
