QA Analyst (Tester / QA Automation)

3. General Information

• Workplace: Surco.
• Modality: Hybrid. Remote Days (2 days): Mondays, Fridays, and Saturday half-day to work from home.
• In-person Days (3 days): Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in our Surco offices.

4. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or University graduate in Systems Engineering or related fields: minimum 2 years of experience ensuring software quality (QA).
• Technical graduate or titled (institute) in a related field (e.g., Computing and Informatics, Information Systems Development): minimum 4 years in QA.
• Students who have not yet graduated do not apply.

Other requirements

• Languages: English basic or intermediate level (determinant).
• Location: priority is given to residence in districts near Surco, San Borja, Miraflores, San Isidro, La Molina, San Juan de Miraflores, Chorrillos, or Barranco.

5. Technical Knowledge and Skills (Determinant)

• API Testing: expert handling of Postman and/or Insomnia.
• Automation: experience in test automation with Selenium (Java or Python).
• Management and control: Jira or Trello (task/defect management) and Git or GitLab (version control).
• Test types: execution of functional, regression, UAT, performance, and stress tests (web and mobile).
• Documentation: design of test plans, time estimation, and creation of step-by-step test cases.
• UX/UI: ability to analyze interfaces and user experience.
• Writing: experience writing online content (manuals, reports, and flows).

6. Responsibilities

• Launch Leadership: lead the complete production deployment cycle of the systems.
• Testing Strategy: plan, design, and execute comprehensive testing strategies.
• Defect Management: creation, tracking, and detailed reporting of incidents.
• Client Validation: ensure that new processes respond to the real needs of the client.
• Technical Documentation: generate follow-up reports and project status.
