- You have completed further training as a state-certified technician or industrial master (m/f/d) specializing in mechanical, production, or manufacturing technology, or alternatively, you have a technical vocational training with several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable environment.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in work preparation, production planning, or production control and have a good understanding of modern manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Confident use of SAP as well as good English skills in speaking and writing enable you to work efficiently in an international project environment and to handle digital planning and production processes with confidence.
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working characterizes you as much as your analytical thinking and strong organizational skills. This allows you to maintain an overview even with complex tasks and develop practical solutions.

- You create production documents and work plans, thereby creating the basis for efficient, economical, and quality-oriented production processes.
- You plan and control production orders, develop optimal assembly and production workflows, and ensure that deadlines, capacities, and resources are optimally coordinated.
- By creating detailed and takt planning, forecasts, as well as the calculation, billing, and controlling of ongoing work, you create transparency and support targeted project and production control.
- Together with production, work preparation, and other departments, you analyze existing processes, identify optimization potential, and develop sustainable solutions for the continuous improvement of production processes.
- Furthermore, you actively participate in the further development of the PLM, ERP, and MES systems used and drive digitalization as well as the optimization of modern planning and production processes.
