• You have further training as a technician, for example in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or automation technology, or a completed engineering degree in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, process engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• Sound professional experience in technical project management, ideally in plant or machine construction, enables you to manage complex projects confidently.
• A good understanding of physical-technical relationships as well as experience in dealing with interdisciplinary teams will support you in analyzing technical issues in a structured manner and solving them in a targeted way.
• You communicate confidently with customers and project participants, also in English, and convince through a reliable appearance as well as an analytical, proactive, and structured way of working.
• You bring a willingness to travel within the framework of project-related assignments and react flexibly to new requirements and customer-specific adjustments.

These tasks await you:

• As a technical project manager (m//d), you take over the smooth technical processing of customer projects and act as the central contact person from the order placement to the final acceptance. Through your structured management, you ensure that projects are realized economically, on schedule, and with the highest quality, thereby sustainably strengthening customer loyalty and competitiveness.
• You provide specialist departments such as design, programming, assembly, and commissioning with all necessary information, thereby creating clear structures and efficient processes that enable the smooth implementation of plant projects.
• You consistently keep an eye on compliance with the specified cost and schedule framework and ensure a transparent technical flow of information between engineering, service, and production even outside of regular coordination, whereby project risks are recognized and minimized at an early stage.
• Within the framework of project management, you actively participate in the continuous improvement process and drive the optimization and standardization of plant technology to sustainably increase the efficiency, quality, and future viability of the technical solutions.
• In close coordination with the overall project management, you evaluate technical changes, coordinate interfaces, and ensure that customer requirements are implemented in a targeted manner, which contributes significantly to the economic success of the project.
