• You have a completed engineering degree, for example in the field of Maschinenbau, Schiffbau und Meerestechnik, Maritime Technik, or Systemtechnik, or have successfully completed further training as a Techniker in the field of Maschinentechnik or Schiffbautechnik.
• Whether initial professional experience or many years of practice in Schiffbau or Anlagenbau – what matters is your understanding of technical contexts and your joy in developing demanding designs.
• You are confident in using AVEVA E3D, AutoCAD, or comparable 3D-CAD systems and use digital tools specifically for precise and economical piping planning.
• A structured and quality-conscious way of working helps you to reliably advance even complex projects and master technical challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and good English skills enable you to work successfully with interdisciplinary project teams as well as international customers and partners.

These tasks await you:

• You harmonize complex piping systems in the 3D model: You coordinate pipe routing in technical rooms and deck areas and create the basis for efficient and collision-free implementation of demanding shipbuilding projects.
• You develop precise detailed designs from the Basic Design, create manufacturing drawings, isometrics, and bills of materials, and ensure that design, manufacturing, and material supply interlock optimally.
• In close exchange with planning, manufacturing, suppliers, and other project participants, you coordinate technical requirements, resolve interface issues, and accompany projects until successful realization.
• You keep quality and deadlines in view at all times. You evaluate planning changes, recognize optimization opportunities, and support compliance with technical specifications as well as classification-relevant standards.
• With your specialist knowledge, you support internal teams and external designers, contribute your expertise to service projects, and, if necessary, accompany exciting projects directly at the customer's site.
