These skills represent a perfect fit:

• You have completed advanced training as a technician in mechanical, electrical, or information technology, or a completed engineering degree in defense technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and information technology, or aerospace engineering.
• Your several years of experience in military training, ideally as a military instructor, enables you to independently design, coordinate, and technically support complex training measures.
• You are familiar with military training structures, training concepts, and training doctrines and know how to translate these into practical training solutions.
• Ideally, you bring knowledge in handling military training or simulation systems and are interested in technological developments in the defense industry.
• Through your strong consulting and methodological competence, as well as your presentation and moderation skills, you convey complex content understandably and convince different contact persons.
• Good English skills, intercultural competence, and a willingness to travel worldwide round off your profile and enable you to participate in international training projects.

These tasks await you:

• You analyze complex military training needs and develop practical training concepts from them, which optimally prepare military users for demanding operational scenarios.
• Your expertise flows directly into the design of modern live simulation systems, with which you sustainably improve the quality and effectiveness of military training.
• From conception to implementation, you accompany national and international training measures as well as NATO exercises and ensure that technical training systems are used effectively.
• As a technical contact person, you advise military customers and project teams, help design training materials, and convey your knowledge directly to users if required.
• You keep an eye on new technologies and developments in military training and use them to develop innovative training approaches for future requirements.
• Through your participation in development and bidding projects, you contribute valuable practical experience and help to continuously develop military training systems.
