Are you an organised, hands-on professional who enjoys keeping logistics operations running smoothly? We're looking for a Warehouse Clerk to join our team in Helmond. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our warehouse and transport operations while working closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure everything runs efficiently. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, are detail-oriented, and enjoy coordinating with different stakeholders, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate daily transport activities.
• Communicate with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Maintain and update operational data and reports in Microsoft Excel.
• Support the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse administration and operational tasks.
• Perform inventory and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
• Monitor and maintain accurate warehouse records.
• Identify discrepancies and help improve warehouse processes.

What we're looking for

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or administrative role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with data.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Able to remain calm and work effectively under pressure.
• Flexible with working hours when business needs require.
• A proactive team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and taking ownership.
