Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Product & research cadence planning – manage overall PMO responsibilities for large strategic projects: set milestones, manage product roadmaps, track requirement delivery, development progress and milestone completion; help teams achieve stage goals through rapid iteration.
• Cross‑domain dependency management – incorporate compliance and business requirements into product & research dependencies; coordinate Legal, Compliance, Business and Technical teams to plan synchronously; ensure dependencies do not delay overall progress.
• Process monitoring & risk management – establish project metrics, risk assessments and issue‑tracking mechanisms; identify and address resource, technical or regulatory risks; ensure smooth coordination across time zones.
• Cultural & efficiency improvements – focus on AI programming efficiency and automation tools in product & research workflows; promote a culture of innovation; drive technology and process changes at the right time; maintain a crypto‑native agile style.
• New product compliance gating – establish and maintain compliance processes for new product development and pre‑launch; ensure schemes for cross‑border collections, exchange operation growth and other initiatives comply with local regulatory requirements; lead Legal/Compliance and Product teams in solving regulatory challenges.
• Benchmark & incubate innovation – study PMO models of leading global companies (e.g. Ant Group, ByteDance, Binance); learn best practices; incubate new management processes or efficiency projects aligned with the group’s strategy.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering Management, Business or a related field; at least 3 years of project management/PMO experience at a large technology or Internet company; familiarity with agile development and product management.
• Project management skills: Ability to develop project plans, coordinate resources, track progress and manage risk to ensure strategic projects are delivered on time; capable of handling the challenges of cross‑time‑zone collaboration.
• Cross‑domain perspective: Understanding of compliance and business requirements; willingness to expand into compliance, business and technology domains; familiarity with global compliance trends, especially in crypto and payments.
• Innovation & AI awareness: Strong interest in AI‑driven efficiency, new tools and cultural change; courage to try new methods and drive adoption; comfortable with a crypto‑native experimental culture.
• Communication & collaboration: Excellent coordination and influencing skills; able to build bridges between different functions; adapt to cross‑time‑zone working patterns and non‑standard hours; maintain high levels of communication and responsiveness.
• Adaptability & learning: Ability to quickly understand and respond to complex and changing project demands; continuous learner with self‑drive; maintain entrepreneurial spirit and creativity in high‑intensity environments.
