HR OD/BP Lead

Responsibilities Lead the HR OD/BP team, guiding them to offer strategic HR support for business units.  Drive the implementation of HR policies, systems, and key projects. Conduct in - depth organizational diagnosis. Identify talent and development needs, then create and execute targeted HR solutions. Strengthen management capabilities. Focus on key talent integration and cultivation, maintaining constant communication. Collaborate with top management on talent management, team building, and culture implementation. Requirements A bachelor's degree or above; 8 - 10 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in team management. Solid expertise in OD and talent management. High business acumen and logical thinking. Quick to understand business pain points and generate solutions. Adapt well to changes. Excellent in innovative thinking and system building. Strong in communication, resource integration, and able to work under pressure.
