WE ARE HIRING – MEP STAFF / ENGINEER

Real Estate & Villa Management Company – Uluwatu, Bali We are a growing real estate & villa management company in Uluwatu, Bali, currently seeking a skilled and motivated MEP Staff / Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for villas, residential projects, or hospitality properties.

MEP Staff / Engineer Location: Uluwatu, Bali Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect MEP installations at villa and property projects
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams onsite
• Ensure electrical, plumbing, AC, water pump, and mechanical systems run properly
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and troubleshooting
• Review technical drawings and project specifications
• Monitor project progress and ensure work meets quality standards
• Prepare maintenance and technical reports
• Support renovation and construction projects when needed

Qualifications

• Based in Uluwatu
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in MEP, engineering, construction, or villa projects
• Understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Able to read technical drawings and layouts
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiar with villa/property maintenance systems
• Proficient in basic reporting and Microsoft Office
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus
• Must have own transportation and driving license
