Our European headquarters in Gersthofen is looking for a Treasury Back Office Specialist (m/f/d).

What your tasks include

• Processing and validating domestic and international payments for multiple entities in various currencies across borders
• Participating in automation & process improvement initiatives to improve Straight-Through-Processing (STP)
• Coordination with IT / banks / Treasury Front Office to resolve rejected, returned, or blocked payments
• Supporting daily liquidity planning for multiple business units
• Processing and confirming daily treasury transactions, including FX, MM, derivatives, and cash movements, as well as performing end-to-end settlement activities
• Managing payment systems, including ERP platforms (e.g., SAP), payment terminals (e.g., Sumup), Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Coupa), and credit cards, to process transactions and ensure data integrity
• Maintaining relevant data records, e.g., authorized signing authorities, payment templates, etc.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor's degree in finance or similar training
• Professional experience in a similar position
• Understanding of treasury transactions and cash management principles
• Familiarity with global payment methods and formats
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with SAP and Treasury Management Systems is a must
• Attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment
• Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
