For our Foodworks Sales Team, we are looking for a Junior Sales Manager (m/w/d).

What to expect

• Sales of our beef products from European slaughtering & cutting plants as well as from selected supply partners in the markets of France, Italy, and Greece
• Implementation of our sales strategy and conducting contract negotiations for the long-term development of our customers
• Planning and execution of structured customer visits in your sales region
• Expansion of existing business as well as sustainable increase of sales volume
• Further development of business with foodservice & industrial customers
• Support in the expansion of new Key Account customers in France, Italy, and Greece
• Responsibility for receivables management and complaint processing
• Coordination of customer margins with the plants and management
• Maintenance of customer master data, as well as creation of regular KPI reportings

What we expect

• Successfully completed studies or a comparable training, ideally with a connection to the food industry
• Initial professional experience in a comparable sales position
• Knowledge of the beef market as well as initial experience in the areas of slaughtering, cutting, or meat sales are an advantage
• Initial experience in price and product calculation
• Strong sales understanding with a focus on customer orientation & profitability
• Good knowledge of the relevant sales channels in the foodservice and industrial sectors
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
• Passion for food and international sales
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Business fluent Italian & English skills; French/ Spanish/ Portuguese skills are an advantage

The position is preferably exercised from Salzburg or from home office with a high level of travel to the location in Salzburg.
