Electrical Project Manager M/F

OSE is looking for an Electrical Project Manager (CDI - full time) to join the BU Test & Control team composed of 19 people, at its OSE GROUP site in Trélazé (49).

Reporting to the Head of the Electrical Department, you will be the subject matter expert within projects, guaranteeing compliance with commitments in terms of cost, quality, and deadlines, and a true driver of customer satisfaction.

As a Project Manager, you will intervene at all stages of the project life cycle: from the preliminary design to commissioning.

You will notably be required to:

Participate in the development of estimates by proposing innovative technical solutions, Develop technical files based on customer specifications, Perform functional analyses, synoptics, electrical and/or electronic diagrams, and instruction manuals, Guarantee results and the achievement of objectives (costs, deadlines, and quality), Lead exchanges with the client, Perform fine-tuning at OSE, Participate in technological monitoring.OSE GROUP fully values internal talent. Knowledge:

Coming from a minimum of a Bac+2 degree in electrotechnics with significant experience Solid knowledge of Test and measurement. Knowledge of special machines and industrial environments is a real asset. Ideally knowledge of the see electrical tool General skills in electronics and automation are a plus. Comfortable in professional English (oral and written).

Hard Skills:

Experience in project management. Mastery of processes, standards, and management tools specific to your profession. Ability to ensure the technical and functional follow-up of your projects until delivery.

Soft Skills:

Ability to take a step back and have a global vision of the project. Interpersonal skills to defend your technical choices to the client and communication skills with all stakeholders (clients, internal teams, partners). Rigor in testing, organization, and ability to prioritize your actions. Proactive and a source of proposals in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
