1st / 2nd Line IT Support Technician | Remote | Inside IR35 | £190 p/d | Remote working | PART TIME - ONLY THURS & FRI

We are seeking an experienced 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Technician for a 6 month hybrid contract, working Thursdays and Fridays only (once or twice a month in office).

Responsibilities Provide remote IT support within a Windows environment Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues Support users with Active Directory, Outlook, Teams, and desktop support Escalate complex technical issues where required Requirements Previous 1st / 2nd line support experience Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 knowledge Good communication and troubleshooting skills Able to work independently in a remote role Contract Details 6+ month contract
