F&B Attendant

We are looking for dedicated hospitality professionals to support the daily operations of the Food & Beverage (F&B) department.

Duties

• Completion and care of the presentation of buffet items.
• Preparation and replenishment of the breakfast buffet when required.
• Welcoming and seating customers at their tables.
• Providing information and answers regarding buffet items.
• Adherence to all hygiene and safety regulations, as well as cleanliness standards, ensuring that the kitchen and restaurant remain clean and tidy.
• Handling basic kitchen equipment, such as oven and dishwasher.
• Delivery of welcome offers to rooms.
• Collaboration with other team members for smooth and efficient service.
• Reporting to the F&B Manager.
• Preparation and serving of food, drinks, and beverages during afternoon shifts.

Essential Qualifications:

• Very good knowledge of the English language.
• Very good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a demanding and fast-paced work environment.
