Your role
As part of our activities in the field of railway infrastructure and electrotechnics, OneSide is looking for an Electric Traction Design Engineer. You will work on complex railway projects, with a scope covering electric traction networks, high and low voltage systems, grounding, lightning protection, and installation control and command.
Your missions
- Design technical solutions in compliance with standards, contracts, and best practices.
- Write technical files, functional notices, and technical specifications.
- Perform sizing calculations for electrical installations.
- Consult suppliers and subcontractors and analyze the technical compliance of offers.
- Monitor the manufacturing of equipment and participate in factory acceptance tests.
- Perform technical analyses, notably in electromagnetic compatibility if necessary.
- Control the technical quality of productions and identify associated risks.
Your assets
- You have a Master's degree (Bac+5) in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in the railway sector.
- You possess expertise in electrotechnics and electric traction.
- You are proficient in professional software such as CANECO, ETAP, and AutoCAD.
- You have a good level of English; Spanish would be a plus.
- You are rigorous, methodical, and possess good analytical skills.
