• Responsibility for the entire order processing workflow from order to invoicing for a defined customer base
• Timely procurement of materials and components
• Creation and management of master data in the ERP system pro Alpha
• Coordination of our suppliers/painters and organization of the associated logistics processes
• Coordination of packaging material accounts

What should you bring with you?

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Ideally professional experience in comparable positions
• Good communication skills when dealing with customers and suppliers
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, experience with ERP systems
• Experience with the ERP system pro Alpha desirable
• Customer communication in English
