You want to

• advise national and international clients on all topics related to the energy transition and the development, construction, and financing of energy and flexibility projects at the pulse of the times and legislation in one of the leading and most dynamic teams for energy law – awarded by JUVE 2023 and 2025 as Law Firm of the Year for Energy Industry Law/Regulation –
• focus on regulatory energy law advice and specifically advise on issues regarding the transformation of the energy industry and the decarbonization of German industry, whether it be the transition to renewable energies, for example through Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), the integration of green hydrogen into production processes, increasing the flexibility of the energy system through battery storage systems, or the establishment of virtual power plants
• understand the needs and challenges of companies in the energy sector and advise companies, particularly in the areas of renewable energies, energy trading, and energy innovation, thereby actively participating in the energy transition and the transformation of the economy and the energy system
• enforce the interests of companies in the energy sector together with experienced litigation lawyers in contentious proceedings before public courts or arbitration tribunals
• participate in the development and structuring of projects, draft contracts, and provide dynamic advice in a regulatory environment shaped by public law, with high influence from European law legislation and case law and constantly changing rules of the game
• develop innovative advisory approaches and Legal-Tech products with us in a humorous, open, and appreciative working atmosphere and actively contribute to business development
• contribute from the beginning to an experienced team that, at eye level with long-standing expertise in energy law, supports you in (further) expanding your ideally already existing legal expertise in this advisory field
• work in an environment in which you can develop personally and professionally and always receive support and space to unfold your interests and talents
