Customer Service Representative

Your tasks

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and approachable individuals to join us for a Christmas promotional campaign at a busy garden centre.

Your role will be to promote and raise awareness of a featured product, engage with customers visiting the garden centre and encourage interested customers to book an appointment.

• Approach and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Promote and introduce customers to the featured product.
• Explain the benefits of the product and generate customer interest.
• Encourage interested customers to book an appointment.
• Record appointments accurately and provide a positive customer experience.
• Represent the brand professionally throughout the campaign.

Requirements

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, has a friendly personality and is confident approaching customers.

We are looking for someone who is

• Friendly, confident and outgoing.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking to members of the public.
• Enthusiastic about promoting products.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Motivated by a performance-based earning opportunity.
• Available for at least some of the advertised dates.

Dates & Availability We are particularly looking for availability on

• Saturday 5th December
• Sunday 6th December
• Saturday 12th December
• Sunday 13th December

There may also be opportunities to work additional weekdays, so candidates who have flexible availability during the week are very welcome to apply.
