As the face of our Nikkei experience, you will be the key piece to ensure every guest feels special and welcome in our home from the very first moment. · What will your mission be? As the main hostess, you will be the guardian of the customer experience from the moment they book until they say goodbye. Excellent Host: Provide a cordial welcome and accompany our customers to their tables, always prioritizing the comfort of each guest. Strategic Management: Manage and organize reservations, coordinating with the Capitanes de Salón and the Valet Parking team so that the restaurant flow is perfect. Standards Supervision: Ensure that the dining room and your station look impeccable at all times. 360° Attention: Be attentive to the customer's needs during their stay, coordinating with waiters and runners so that nothing is missing. Versatility: Support administrative tasks, reports, and the cash register sector when the team needs it. · What are we looking for? Profile: Female. Education: Student or graduate of Tertiary or University level (Hotelería, RRPP, Comunicación or related). Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar positions in high-end gastronomy or hotelería. Languages: Intermediate/advanced English proficiency (mandatory to receive our international public).
