- Supervise the sales team to achieve all collective goals
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers, while exploring and monitoring industry situations
- Summarize and report sales targets, changes, or occurring problems
- Review and approve documents from team members
- Work closely with relevant departments to find and create new sales opportunities
