Job Details
- Support customer requirements according to assigned orders
- Communicate and coordinate, including negotiating with both Japanese and Thai customers and suppliers
- Prepare and issue quotations
- Follow up on customer inquiries via telephone and email
- Coordinate purchase orders, including price negotiations
- Prepare parts for shipment
- Resolve issues related to customer orders
- Call existing customers to present products and services
