Job Details

• Plan and manage production schedules, manpower allocation, and production volumes to align with order quantities
• Supervise, train, and develop production staff and team members
• Work with the Quality Assurance Manager to improve product quality and increase production efficiency
• Prepare operational reports and take responsibility for other tasks related to the overall operations of the factory

Qualifications: Male, Thai nationality, age 40-50 years old Bachelor's degree in any related field At least 5 years of experience in Production Control management (any industry) Experience in planning and conducting training and development for team members Able to work in a Hands-on Playing Manager style, not just performing supervisory or control functions Experience in reporting and consulting with foreign managers in English Good English communication skills Ability to communicate in Japanese will be specially considered If interested in applying, please send your resume to Email: thanaporn-k@outsourcing-thai.com
