Job Details

• Supervise the production process and determine monthly and weekly production plans for the Production Plan department
• Supervise and determine the Shipment Plan
• Oversee, contact, and coordinate production to ensure it follows the established plans
• Develop and improve the department to increase work efficiency
• Other assigned tasks

Qualifications: Female, aged 35 years or older Bachelor's degree in Factory Engineering or a related field Good knowledge of production processes using CNC Lathe machines Ability to plan processes and manage production processes very well Good knowledge of products such as electronic parts, automotive parts, products, and raw materials such as steel, copper, brass, etc. Knowledge of measuring tools and the use of workpiece inspection equipment Good interpersonal skills, coordination skills, wit, and ability to solve immediate problems well At least 10 years of work experience in production control and at least 5 years of management experience in a Production Manager position or higher English language skills (Japanese language skills will be given special consideration) Experience in the production of automotive parts and electronic parts will be given special consideration Diligent, honest, patient, and able to work well under pressure Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF16949 quality systems If interested in applying for the job, please send your resume to Email: thanaporn-k@outsourcing-thai.com
