Production Supervisor (T-shirt & Hoodie)
Your tasks
- Translate production schedules into daily and weekly production plans, including manpower allocation.
- Monitor production output, line efficiency, and workflow across cutting, printing, sewing, and finishing.
- Manage material usage, BOM realization, production waste, and operator piece-rate records.
- Coordinate subcontracting (makloon), including material preparation, production progress, and quality checks.
- Ensure product quality through inspection, measurement checks, defect handling, and rework monitoring.
- Oversee packing, labeling, and delivery preparation to meet customer specifications and deadlines.
- Maintain production reports and support machine maintenance, workplace organization, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Job Requirement
- Willing to work on-site in Bandung.
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field; Industrial Engineering, Management, or Business is preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or Operations Lead in the garment industry.
- Strong understanding of garment production processes, including pattern, marker, cutting, printing, sewing, quality control, and packing.
- Experienced in production planning, manpower allocation, subcontracting, and material control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for production reporting and data analysis.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, attention to detail, and line-balancing skills.
- Experience in fashion brand or B2B garment production is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Odoo, is an advantage.
