FAT Manager

Your tasks

• Manage cash flow, treasury, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Lead accounting operations, monthly closing, financial reporting, and financial analysis
• Reconcile revenue across multiple channels, including retail, marketplace, live commerce, website/WhatsApp, events, corporate, consignment, and import
• Manage inventory, HPP, gross margin, and slow-moving/dead stock
• Develop and monitor budgets, profitability, Gross Profit, EBITDA, and Net Profit
• Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with tax consultants and auditors
• Establish and monitor internal controls, compliance, and financial procedures
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
• Lead, manage, and develop the Finance, Accounting & Tax team

Requirements

• Based in Bandung or willing to work on-site in Bandung
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Brevet A&B, CPA, or CA is a plus
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Experience in Retail, Distribution, Consumer Goods, Fashion, Home Living, or related industries
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, taxation, and audit
• Strong understanding of inventory, HPP, margin, profitability, and multi-channel revenue reconciliation
• Proficient in ERP systems, preferably Odoo, and advanced Microsoft Excel/Pivot Table
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• High integrity, detail-oriented, communicative, and able to collaborate cross-functionally
