Oruma Restaurant is a growing Indian/Kerala cuisine restaurant known for authentic flavors, quality service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper to support our kitchen team.

*Job Responsibilities*

• Assist chefs with basic food preparation (cutting, cleaning, portioning)
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools
• Help with receiving and storing inventory
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed
• Support team during busy service hours

*Requirements*

• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is an asset (not mandatory)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Physically able to stand for long hours and lift up to 25 kg
• Flexible availability (weekends & evenings required)

• Minimum of 6 hour shift
