Your tasks: You carry out commissioning, maintenance, and repair work on our products (clutches, brakes, clutch-brake combinations, and their controls) in various applications such as presses, ship drives, and winches at our customers' sites. This includes, among other things:

• Carrying out troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of complex drivetrains
• Creating detailed service reports to document the work performed
• Proactive acquisition of service assignments to expand our customer base
• Close cooperation and exchange with our internal service team as well as our designers to optimize processes and solutions

Furthermore, you will support our assembly in the Wermelskirchen plant during bottlenecks and conduct product training and service training for our customers and representatives.

Your profile:

Completed technical vocational training, e.g., as a Mechatroniker, or a comparable qualification with specialist knowledge in the areas of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical engineering, as well as ideally professional experience in field service. Additionally, you bring experience in the assembly, disassembly, and commissioning of machine elements, systems, and assemblies.

• Confident handling of the PC, especially with common MS Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Self-organization as well as an independent, structured, and precise way of working
• Flexibility, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Friendly and confident appearance with customers
• Valid Class B driver's license and a high degree of willingness to travel (>80%)

The remuneration for this position is based on our company collective agreement, takes into account your professional experience and qualification, and is between 56,000 and 60,100 EUR gross annually for a weekly working time of 35 hours. In addition, there are collective agreement surcharges for overtime, etc. Due to the nature of the tasks, it is possible to work partially mobile.
